A team formed by S.3 Hebe Cheung, Dora Leung and Hailey Tong was awarded the Champion in the Junior Secondary Division in the “Digi-Science” Video Production Competition for Hong Kong Secondary Schools 2025-2026, which was organized by the Hong Kong Association for Science and Mathematics Education.

The team worked hard for months in both their experimental work and video production. In the project, the team aimed to investigate and discuss the Chemistry and Science topics like ‘Colourings present in Food Products’ and ‘Investigation on the Amount of Food Colourings present in Certain Food Products by Designing Fair Tests’. The team would like to remind the public to be aware of some potentially harmful food colourings present in food products.
