The workshop focused on self-assertiveness skills for effective team-building activities. These activities fostered collaboration and developed essential skills such as communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution. Students were encouraged to reflect and assess themselves, identifying strengths and areas for improvement through guided exercises and personal goal-setting.<br \/>By providing a supportive and inclusive environment, the workshop instilled confidence and motivation, empowering students to express ideas, share perspectives, and drive positive changes in the school community. This milestone event exemplified our commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals and fostering a vibrant community spirit.
