\nDay Three (2 April): “Physical Wellness”
\nThis day encouraged students to engage in physical exercise, emphasizing its importance for both physical health and overall well-being. Students had the chance to take part in the MVPA60 Award Scheme, which promotes regular physical activity in line with the World Health Organization’s recommendation of 60 minutes of daily exercise.
