Around 50 club chairpersons joined the “Leadership Training Workshop” on 19 November in the school. It aimed to prepare the chairpersons to be visionaries who motivate and encourage their club members to reach the desired outcome.
Through joining a series of group activities and games designed by our school social workers and teachers, the communication and problem-solving skills of the participants were strengthened. Participants reflected they have discovered their greatest qualities and planned to use their strengths to build their club.
