Seven Clarians from the rope skipping team participated in the "Jump Rope for Heart" Inter-School Rope Skipping competition, which was organized by the Hong Kong College of Cardiology, on 11 July 2024. They showcased an outstanding performance and were once again recognized with a total of 22 medals awarded. The results are as follows:

Tse Hui Yu Charity from S2 was awarded 2nd runner-up in 15 seconds (Junior) Front Speed and 1st runner-Up in 15 seconds (Junior) Side Straddle.
Chen Wing Chi Vincy from S2 was awarded 1st runner-up in 15 seconds (Junior) in Speed Step. Besides, Vincy got the champion in 15 seconds Front Speed Jump and 15 seconds (Junior) Double Under.
Chan Wing Lam Hailey from S2 was awarded 1st runner-up in 15 seconds (Junior) Front Speed and 15 seconds (Junior) Double Under. Besides, Hailey got the merit prize in 15 seconds (Junior) in Speed Step.
Yau Sum Yi Melissa from S2 was awarded 2nd runner-up in 15 seconds (Junior) Speed Step and merit prize in 15 seconds (Junior) Front Speed.
Lam Ching Ying Kaydia 3M was awarded merit prize in 15 seconds (Junior) Front Speed and 2nd runner-up in 15 seconds (Junior) Double Under. Besides, Kaydia was awarded champion in 15 seconds (Junior) Side Straddle and Speed Step.
Fung Hoi Yan Sakura from S4 awarded merit prize in 15 seconds (Senior) in Front Speed and 2nd runner-up in 15 seconds (Senior) Front Cross, Double Under and Speed Step.
Lee Pui Wing Lian from S4 was awarded merit prize in 15 seconds (Senior) in Front Speed, Front Cross and Double Under. Additionally, Lain got 1st runner-up in 15 seconds (Senior) Speed Step.

On 7 July 2024, our school’s Rope Skipping Team made an impressive mark at the esteemed "Kai Tak Sports Initiative - The 6th Hong Kong Inter-School Jump Rope Championship," which was organized by the Hong Kong Rope Skipping Federation, China. This highly anticipated competition showcased the talent and competitive spirit of over 1,000 students from 111 schools. Nineteen members achieved an outstanding feat, winning a total of 21 medals.

Additionally, their exceptional performance led them to triumph in the "Team Show" category, impressing judges with their synchronized routines, precision, and artistic flair. Furthermore, the team’s outstanding overall performance allowed our school to successfully secure the championship title in the 'Secondary Girls’ category. This marks the second time our school has won the prestigious Girls Team Show and Girls Overall Champion titles. Janice also emphasized the invaluable camaraderie and teamwork among her fellow skippers, whose collective efforts fueled their determination.

Regarding the team’s triumphant success Wong Ching Tung Janice, a Secondary Six student, was interviewed by a reporter from Oriental Daily News. Janice shared that she had been part of the school's rope skipping team since Secondary One. Despite struggling to secure victory in prior competitions, Janice ‘s team now achieved a hard-won success, which she credited to the unwavering support of her parents, teachers, and teammates.

In the Asia Arts Elite Festival Competition, organized by the Asia Creative Integrated Arts Association, S.1 Chole Kwok was awarded 1st runner-up. Her artwork showcases a detailed depiction of her favorite animal, incorporating vivid texture that brings the piece to life. Furthermore, Chole received the Gold Award in the Kentucky International Youth Art Competition USA, organized by Morehead State University. Her vibrant and joyful painting exudes happiness and energetic vibes.

In the HK Story Short Video Creation Contest organized by the Commissioner’s Office of China’s Foreign Ministry in the HKSAR. S.2 Mini Wong, Ocean Li, Cherry Yeong, Kaka Wong and Jasmine Cheng entered the Top 10 finalists and they were awarded the merit prize. Congratulations to the above students.

In the Hong Kong News Commentary Competition organized by the Hok Yau Club, S.3 Grace Ng and Toby Leung entered the Final Round and were awarded the merit prize. Congratulations to the winners.
