The RTHK Liberal Studies Writing Competition (Season 10) was organized from November 2019 to March 2020. More than 3800 pieces of work were submitted from 83 secondary schools. Hailey Ng from Class 2M was awarded the Champion in Issue 27. She was also the Champion in Season 10 (Issues 27-28).
