Student Leaders Leadership Training Camp 2025

On July 4-5, 2025, student leaders from the Prefect Board, Houses, and Clubs embarked on a two-day, one-night leadership training camp at the Po Leung Kuk Jockey Club Pak Tam Chung Holiday Camp. This immersive program was designed to equip student leaders with essential leadership skills and nurture qualities vital for their roles in the upcoming academic year.

The camp featured a series of challenging and inspiring activities:

• Day 1: Students participated in team-building exercises that strengthened collaboration and trust. As night fell, they faced the ultimate challenge — a night hike through dark trails, testing their resilience, courage, and ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Day 2: Leaders worked together to construct a bamboo raft, an activity that demanded creativity, problem-solving, and effective communication. This hands-on experience highlighted the importance of adaptability and mutual support in achieving shared goals.

Beyond the physical challenges, the camp was a transformative journey of self-discovery. Students identified their strengths, deepened their understanding of teamwork, and built lasting bonds with peers. The experience not only prepared them for leadership roles but also instilled confidence, responsibility, and a strong sense of community spirit.
