MVPA60 HIIT x Resistance Band Exercises Workshop: Empowering Students for Lifelong Fitness

 

 

Get ready to feel the burn! On 4 September 2025, our S4 students were powered up at an engaging High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) x Resistance Band Exercises Workshop. Led by two professional fitness coaches, Mr. Yuen Siu Lun and Ms. Chiu Hoi Yin Cori, who are both former Hong Kong athletes, the workshop brought the MVPA60 initiative to life. This initiative encourages 60 minutes of daily moderate-to-vigorous physical activity, in accordance with World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines, equipping students with practical skills for using resistance bands and motivation to achieve their daily 60 minutes of exercise.
