A team of four S6 students—Ceci Chan, Polly Chu, Iris Chu, and Elly Ng—was invited by the Department of Applied Social Sciences at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University to participate in the IEEE TALE 2025 K-12 Student Workshop at Macao Polytechnic University.

The workshop showcased how educational technology can inspire the next generation of innovators. Local secondary school students shared ideas, explored emerging technologies, and connected with the global engineering education community—fostering curiosity, collaboration, and a vision for societal betterment through technology. The team presented their STEAM projects, Pathfinder and RFID Wheelchair. These projects demonstrated how to integrate technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), and Virtual Reality (VR) to address social issues in Hong Kong.
